PRISON LIFE
When a person arrives at prison,that peron
(inmate) will have at least one interview and
assessment,so they,
(1) understand prison rules and procedures,
(2) know what their rights are,
(3) are told of courses that are available to them,
(4) receive the right healthcare,
The prisoner gets a Prison Number and their
Property is Recorded and stored somewhere
safe until they are released

SECURITY CATEGORIES.
The prisoner is given security category based on,
(1) how likely they are to try to escape.
(2) their risk of causing harm to other prisoners
and prison staff.
PRIVILEGES,
Prisoners who follow rules,can earn privileges
called 'INCENTIVES and EARNED PRIVILEGE
SCHEME,a prisoner may be able to,

1) get more visits from family
or friends
2) be allowed to spend more
money each week
PUNISHMENTS
Prisoners who break 'prison rules'
is normally punished
a) kept in their cell for up to
twenty one (21) days
b) given up to forty two (42) extra
days in prison,on top of their
original sentence.
RIGHTS
PRISONERS HAVE 'RIGHTS'
1) protection from bullying and
racial harassment,
2) being able to get in contact
with a Solicitor,
3) healthcare.
all prisoner's should be able to
spend between,thirty (30) mins
to one hour,outside in the open
air each day.
What then is sentencing and the
longevity base on,once the crime
has been committed.
using a serious sexual assault/
prostitution as an example.
to allow a prisoner to be
categorised after sentencing has
been received.

GROOMING INDIVIDUAL(S) to
enter prostitution,including through
cultivation of a dependency on
drugs or alcohol

CLOSE INVOLVEMENT WITH
