Karmarvanna refund policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you may ask for a refund in writing.

if the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase,Karmarvanna cannot,unfortunately,
offer you a refund.

Please note that any additional services,service charge,VAT,custom work or technical support
are non-refundable as the services that are offered by Karmarvanna,are time based,
which cannot be recovered.
